CAFOD, the official aid agency for the Catholic Church in England and Wales, is one of the largest aid network in the world, active in over 30 countries including Brazil, Sierra Leone and Nigeria where it has supported projects since the 1960’s.

The charity works with people of all faiths and none. I am delighted to share about Food, cooking, Yoruba dishes, and my MasterChef journey with the CAFOD family and their supporters.
